New Audiobook purchases
TBW Audiobooks wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Audiobook purchased through tbwaudiobooks.com, you may return the audiobook for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the day your order shipped (the “Ship Date” on your invoice) subject to the following conditions:
- Your return shipment must include the original invoice.
- All CDs must be returned in their original condition. CDs must not be opened and must be factory sealed to receive a refund. All of the original packaging, including CDs, bonus DVD, case, booklets and liner notes must be included in your return shipment.
- Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. Shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund account. Tbwaudiobooks.com is not responsible for the cost of returning your return shipment.
- Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment to you are non-refundable.
TBW Audiobooks cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than thirty (30) days past the Ship Date.
TBW Audiobooks is not responsible for any damage that may occur in the return shipment of your order.
Previously Listened to Audiobooks (Used audiobooks)
Previously listened to audiobooks are non-refundable.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please return it immediately for a full refund. TBW Audiobooks will replace a CD only if it is damaged or defective. Simply return the entire audiobook and all of its original packaging and a replacement audiobook (if available) will be sent to you.
Refunds
TBW Audiobooks will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we have received and processed the return item. A refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Exchanging an Item
TBW Audiobooks does not accept online orders for exchange. If you receive an item in error, please return the item for a full refund.
However exchanges will be accepted at one of our retail locations under the following conditions:
- You provide your original invoice.
- Audiobooks must be returned in their original condition. Audiobooks must not be opened and must be factory sealed to receive a refund. All of the original packaging, including CDs, bonus DVD, case, booklets and liner notes must be included.
- Exchanges will only be accepted within thirty (30) days of the day your order shipped (the “Ship Date” on your invoice)
